THE STRATEGIC POSITIONING INTENSIVE™

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all coaching services provided by Nina Dova Careers (“the Coach”, “we”, “us”).

By purchasing or participating in any programme, including the Career Acceleration Experience or Strategic Positioning Intensive, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Nature of Services
2.1 The services provided are career coaching and professional development services only.

2.2 The Coach does not provide employment services, recruitment services, legal advice, financial advice, or psychological therapy.

2.3 The Client acknowledges that:

Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors
No guarantees are made regarding job offers, promotions, or salary increases

3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Programme fees are as follows:

6-Session Programme: £1,500
3-Session Intensive: £750
3.2 Payment terms:

Payment must be made in full prior to the first session, unless a payment plan is agreed
Where instalments are agreed, all payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe
3.3 Failure to complete payment:

The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately
Outstanding balances remain legally payable
3.4 All payments are non-transferable and non-exchangeable

4. No Refund Policy
4.1 All payments are final and non-refundable once the programme has been purchased.

4.2 By enrolling, the Client confirms they:

Understand the nature of coaching services
Have assessed the suitability of the programme
Are committing fully to the process
4.3 No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind
Lack of time or commitment
Failure to attend sessions
Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
4.4 In exceptional circumstances (at the Coach’s sole discretion), alternative arrangements (e.g. rescheduling) may be offered, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

5. Scheduling and Attendance
5.1 Sessions are:

60 minutes
Delivered online (e.g. Zoom)
5.2 The Client is responsible for:

Attending on time
Ensuring a suitable environment
5.3 Late attendance:

Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of delay
5.4 Missed sessions:

Missed sessions without 48 hours’ notice are forfeited
No rescheduling or refund will be provided

6. Rescheduling Policy
6.1 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule

6.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability

6.3 Repeated rescheduling may result in:

Loss of sessions
Termination of programme at the Coach’s discretion

7. Programme Validity
7.1 All sessions must be used within:

6–8 weeks (standard programme timeframe)
7.2 Unused sessions after this period:

Will expire and be forfeited without refund

8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:

Engage actively and professionally
Take responsibility for their own progress and decisions
Implement advice at their own discretion
The Client acknowledges that results are dependent on their own effort and external factors beyond the Coach’s control.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All materials provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Nina Dova Careers

9.2 Materials are for personal use only

9.3 The Client agrees not to:

Share, reproduce, or distribute materials
Use content for commercial purposes
Breach may result in legal action.

10. Confidentiality
10.1 All client information will be treated as confidential

10.2 Information may only be disclosed:

With consent
Where legally required
10.3 The Client agrees not to record sessions without written consent

11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Coach shall not be liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income, business, or opportunity
Decisions made by the Client
11.2 The Coach provides guidance only, and all actions taken by the Client are their own responsibility.

11.3 The total liability of the Coach shall not exceed:

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so (including negligence causing death or personal injury).

12. Termination
12.1 The Coach may terminate the programme immediately if:

The Client behaves inappropriately
The Client breaches these Terms
12.2 In such cases:

No refund will be issued

13. Complaints
13.1 Any concerns must be raised in writing via email

13.2 The Coach will attempt to resolve concerns professionally and promptly

14. Data Protection (GDPR)
14.1 The Coach will process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations

14.2 Data is used solely for:

Delivering services
Communication
14.3 Data will not be shared with third parties without consent

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Results Disclaimer:

The Client acknowledges that career progression, job offers, and financial outcomes are influenced by multiple external factors beyond the Coach’s control. The Coach does not guarantee specific results.
