As a certified exercise & sports professional, I am able to combine theory and practice optimally. I have a background that includes both an academic degree in Sports Science and an MSc degree in Sports Nutrition. Moreover, my professional background includes two internationally recognised professional credentials through Europe Active (EREPS). I came in the UK in 2016 to develop my knowledge and experience in fitness & sports, to encourage clients, to improve their sports performance, to take care their bodies/souls and consequently to improve their lives. Furthermore, my personal sessions are designed according to scientific methods aiming to build my clients’ fitness & health development combined with powerful motivation. As Personal Trainer and Exercise Nutritionist my Passion is “You”. I want to see you fitter, healthier and stronger with more confidence. I invest all my passion and knowledge to improve the 5 general components of Fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition (transformation). My master degree is based on Exercise & Sports Nutrition, and I strongly believe that a healthy eating routine is more crucial to meeting your fitness goals than exercise alone. We’re all unique as our training program is unique, and no single diet works for everyone. My Nutrition Plans are not about making dramatic changes to your current routine or depriving yourself of the foods you love, but they are about making small, manageable changes that fit your current lifestyle, and learning for yourself, what works for you and what doesn't.
