The Michelin-starred chef behind London’s Myrtos, Chaniotis is celebrated for transporting diners to the soul of Greece through his refined and deeply personal cuisine.

Renowned for his exquisite blend of Greek heritage, vibrant flavours, and the cherished art of hospitality, he will join Chef Atul Kochhar to craft a bespoke tasting menu that promises a harmonious fusion of Kanishka’s innovative Pan-Indian flavours with Chaniotis’s masterful and elegant take on modern Greek gastronomy.
