I am a passionate and highly motivated Yoga Instructor with strong dance background. Being also a psychologist I am driven to apply my knowledge from the field into my yoga practice. I truly believe in the interconnection between body, mind and soul and that is why my classes combine elements from classical yoga styles such as hatha and vinyasa yoga with elements from classical and contemporary dance. I consider movement as a basic form of expression and healing and I aspire to apply my knowledge and enthusiasm in inspiring and supporting others to commit to their wellness journey. My practice involves:
· Leading Yoga classes of all ages and skill levels (Hatha, Vinyasa and Power Yoga)
· Providing guided Pranayama exercises and deep relaxation
· Ensuring the health and safety of all students
· Motivating students to set and achieve personal goals
· Offering nutrition and diet advice
