Professional Dancer

My name is Nasta Kontopidi. I am a 24 year old professional dancer and I graduated from the Greek national Opera. I have experience in teaching acrobatic, contemporary, flexibility, lyrical and progressive ballet technique. I hold Licentiate in Vaganova system. In addition I have knowledge in exercise that increase flexibility which I learned while doing Rhythmic Gymnastic for ten years.I have also been teaching workshops at many dance studios and choreographing urban dance school for 3 years. Recently I tought a contemporary ballet acro Workshop in marymount International School in London and in Footlights theatre dance school in Ugley Village.
