Confidence coaching helps people with low confidence and self-esteem and issues. Clients come for confidence coaching because they are either lacking confidence for a specific upcoming event, lack confidence in general, or feel their low self-esteem is hindering their life.
Some of my confidence coaching clients have suffered with self-esteem issues for most of their life. Some confidence coaching clients have experienced something recently which has triggered a lack of confidence or self-esteem.
The speed with which my confidence coaching clients achieve a healthy level of self-esteem and confidence can be astounding given they may have been carrying low self-esteem or confidence for most of their life.
You’ll find that working on your self-esteem and confidence through coaching can transform every area of your life including your mental well-being day-to-day.
I help most confidence coaching clients in 2-4 sessions, usually 2-3 for confidence help, 3-4 for self-esteem help.
Relationship Help That’s Solution-Focused
You’re likely considering relationship help because a relationship is affecting your mental well-being and you want to improve it, fix it or make a decision about it.
Your relationship problems may also be sabotaging other areas of your life, for example, your career, fitness, hobby, and other relationships. Research shows quality relationships help us to be happier, healthier and live longer and living in the midst of high-conflict relationships is very bad for our health.
So, taking care with our relationships is important for our health and happiness. I help clients with relationships with their spouse, partner, parents, children, and more, and usually help them to achieve big changes in just 3-6 sessions, many in just 2-3, results you’d usually expect to achieve after a much lengthier counselling/therapy program.
You may find that you also eliminate anxiety or overcome depression, or increase your self-esteem or confidence. You can come for relationship help alone to work on things on your own, together as two people, or use a combination of individual and ‘couples’ sessions which also works great, whatever the nature of the relationship.
