Part One

Going strong for six years Santorini of Bayswater is at a point in my career where I can say that I’ve achieved 90% of what I set out to accomplish.

Coming from a culinary background as a 3rd generation chef, having run various restaurants as both chef and manager amassing a wealth of knowledge and experiences that find their way into our unique recipes.

Part two

Yes, we couldn’t achieve this success overnight, and perhaps that was the way it was meant to be.

Santorini had to grow gradually, but steadily, enjoying the patronage of our devoted, loyal clientele. It is through their invaluable feedback, collected over the years that we are inspired to continue experimenting and innovating and are now in a position to share the fruits of those many years of development.

Last, but by no means least; our man out of the box; celebrity Executive Chef Panayotis Papanicholaou. The man who helps us put it all together and adorns us with his presence twice a year.

Here’s to a bright future as best is yet to come.
