As a Speech and Language Therapist, I have 9 years of professional experience in the clinical management of speech difficulties (articulation and phonological disorders), developmental language disorder (expressive, receptive and social language disorders), developmental verbal dyspraxia, learning difficulties (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia), dysphagia (acute and chronic), as well as communication disorders presented in autism, learning disability, visual impairment and hearing loss, integrating the use of low-tech and high-tech alternative and augmentative communication approaches. I carry out speech and language clinical assessments, one-to-one/group follow-up therapy sessions and I am always keen to liaising with other professional and parents.
Currently, I am working as a Lead, Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist in an educational organization in central London and I also retain my own private clientele.
I maintain my Continuing Professional development attending courses and workshops in the U.K. and overseas and I have a strong research interest in the neuroimaging of the human brain, publishing scientific papers in high-impact medical journals and presenting research outcomes in national and international congresses.
